With years of experience in competitive sports, a BS Degree from Purdue, and his extensive knowledge of physiology, Jake helps you target and achieve your fitness goals.

As a Bay native, Jake understands the local community and its personal aesthetics, which he incorporates into his training programs.  His approach meets each client's unique needs.
